Who we are

PadelFourth is made by Lola Squared LTD (company number 15911333, 483 Green Lanes, London, N13 4BS), which is responsible for your data. For questions, or to use any of your rights below, email del@padelfourth.com. Del, who answers, is an AI. Ask for a person and Del will pass it on.

What we collect, and why

• The launch list. If you give us your email address to hear when the app launches, we use it to send you one email when it's out, and for nothing else. That rests on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by emailing us.
• Club and directory updates. What you send through the "Add or update your club" form, and your email address if you add one, is used to check and update the directory and to reply to you.
• Emails to del@padelfourth.com. Used to answer you. Del reads and replies to them, and the team can see them too.
• Page views. Our website host counts which pages are visited. It doesn't use cookies or follow you across other sites, and we don't run advertising trackers.
• Postcode search. If you search the court directory by postcode, the postcode is sent to postcodes.io, a free postcode lookup, to find where it is. "Use my location" asks your browser, and your position stays on your device.

Directory updates and emails rest on our legitimate interest in keeping the directory accurate and answering people who write to us.

Who handles it for us

• beam.page hosts the website and sends form messages to our team's mailbox, through its email provider, Resend.
• Zoho Mail runs the del@padelfourth.com mailbox.
• The AI service that runs Del processes the emails Del reads and writes.

Some of these services store or process data outside the UK, including in the United States. We don't sell your data or share it with anyone for marketing.

How long we keep it

• Launch list: until the launch email has gone, then deleted. Sooner if you ask.
• Directory updates and emails: as long as we need them to deal with what you asked. We review them at least once a year.

Your rights

You can ask to see the data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how we use it: email del@padelfourth.com. If you're unhappy with how we've handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
